Getting Your Refund
Team Bolt will refund 100% of what you paid us for the product. Be sure to contact us first before returning, so we can provide you with a return shipping label at our cost!
(If a customer does not use our provided return shipping label, we will NOT refund the shipping fee.)
Once we are notified that you have dropped the return shipment in the mail. You will receive a full refund to the credit card account originally used. Please note that it often takes five to seven days for refunds to appear on your bank statement. However, we strive to process refunds within 72 hours.
